How will O2 Networks develop my skills?

When you join O2 Networks, you’ll receive extensive training in products from multiple vendors. You’ll have a structured training program set out 12 months in advance.

O2 Networks will pay all costs associated with your training. We also provide a great learning environment, including a dedicated skills development lab. We run internal boot camps on technologies and provide a pressure cooker environment for rapid skills advancement.

We don’t just build your technical skills, either. Our people get to develop the interpersonal skills they need to work closely with clients for the full duration of complex projects.

Will I be paid more as my skills develop?

Yes. We recognise that our people have unique skills, and they are paid accordingly. While we reward skills progression, we primarily reward ownership. Ownership of your own projects, ownership of your own skills development and ownership of your interactions with clients.  Put simply, as you grow in terms of responsibility, reliability and capability, you are commensurably rewarded.

The skills you develop at O2 Networks also mean that you will be much more valuable in the marketplace should you ever choose to move on. (Most of our people love working here so much that they don’t want to leave.)
